Color Of Period Blood And Woman Health
The menstrual cycle lasts 6-7 days each month. During these days, a woman may experience other minor complications such as irregular cramps, headaches, and abdominal pain. When menstrual blood flows out of the body quickly, its color is red or pink
bright red
Your menstrual blood forms the uterine lining. It should be juicy, vibrant, and thick, and it should be a place for you to nurture your fertilized egg. Imagine thick folds of rich red velvet.
Fresh and bright red is the most fertile expression of menstrual blood and therefore the color of choice.
Light red or pink
You need an adequate density of red blood cells to make healthy blood. If your menstrual blood is runny or pink, you may be having trouble making enough red blood cells or you may not be getting enough iron. Common causes of pale blood are anemia, an unbalanced diet, and malnutrition/nutrient deficiencies.
It is very important for our fertility! Our blood is the source of oxygen and nutrients for all organs in our body. When you don't have enough red blood cells, your entire system suffers, including your reproductive system.
Brown or rusty
If your menstrual blood is dark brown or rusty, your body temperature may be affecting the quality of your blood. If your temperature is too high (97.8 or higher) at the beginning of your cycle, your blood tends to turn a brown or rusty color, as if slightly burned.
A high body temperature can disrupt ovulation and affect your fertility.
Colour blue
Conversely, if your body temperature is too low, your menstrual blood will be blue as if frozen. A low body temperature causes the blood to stagnate and clot.
You will usually see pain and blood clots associated with bruising. When the temperature is regulated, your blood color returns to normal, blood clots and pain disappear.
Harvtar
In some severe cases, the blood is so clogged that it turns black. This immobility is accompanied by significant pain and wear and tear. This can be seen in women with a history of fibroids or severe endometriosis.
It is very difficult for women with dark menstrual blood to conceive and it puts the mother at greater risk of blood clotting problems that can affect the placenta during pregnancy.
