Turmeric Golden Milk

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk
½ teaspoon turmeric
a pinch of black pepper
raw honey to taste
Instructions:

Place all ingredients except raw honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Cook for a minute on low heat.

Remove from the heat and pass the mixture through a fine sieve.

Drizzle with raw honey, season and serve.

Turmeric milk with ginger, cinnamon, black pepper and coconut oil

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 ginger (1/2 inch), peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon whole black pepper
raw honey to taste
Instructions:

Place all ingredients except raw honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Cook for a minute on low heat.

Remove from the heat and pass the mixture through a fine sieve.

Drizzle with raw honey, season and serve.

¾ cup almond milk
½ teaspoon turmeric
1/8 teaspoon ground nuts
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon matcha
¼ cup boiling water
raw honey to taste
Instructions:

Place almond milk, turmeric, ground nutmeg, and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Cook for a minute on low heat.

Remove from the heat and pass the mixture through a fine sieve. Resource.

Pour the matcha powder into a heatproof bowl.

Add boiling water and stir to remove lumps.

Add turmeric mixture, drizzle with raw honey, season to taste and serve.
